Plateau Beetle

I've finished the concept of the next creature found on the Overlook Plateau: the Plateau Beetle. Its burrowing capabilities allow it to hide underneath the ground, forming inconspicuous dirt piles, and its grasshopper-like hind legs give it tremendous self-propulsion, allowing it to launch itself at its prey, mouth gaping.

This is the third of four creatures to be found on the Overlook Plateau levels. I'll post the next creature when it is finished!
